Jennifer Hall
Through a series of “Eat With Your Eyes” farm tours, book groups and food films, she helps people learn about food choices that benefit them personally, as well as the land, water and animals that make eating possible. This work, and Jennifer’s many years of experience in the food service business, informed the opening of Spokane’s only consumer food co-op in January 2010. She recently began work on Fresh Food in Schools, a project to take the conversation to the next generation of eaters, farmers and policy makers. |
